How do I know the trailer can come to my house?

Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. We need about 60 feet of cleared space (fairly flat).

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Quesnel, Williams Lake and Prince George, however depending on your event we can go wherever you are. Please inquiry for a detailed quote.

What is the minimum age group for this type of party?

We recommend kids 8 years old and over. By that age they are fully aware of the games the like and they have more patience and understanding of the different video games. We can certainly entertain younger kids but we then suggest no more than 8 kids at the party so we can give them the attention and guidance they need.

Will the gamers know what to do?

That’s why we bring our game coach! He helps the gamers, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

Should I be concerned about the types of games for my guests?

We understand the importance of providing appropriate games for your party. When you book your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.

What about bad weather?

We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 40 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive. Our minimum operating temperature is -25C. 

What time will you arrive?

We will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to set up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!

Do I request certain games?

You’ll have access to our full game library. See our list of games and ratings in our video game collection. However, when you book your party, please let us know about any special requests and we will see if we can accommodate them. Worried about video game ratings? Don’t be! We understand the importance of providing appropriate games for your party. When you book your party, you select the appropriate game ratings for your guests and we adjust the game library accordingly.

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

No need for deposit, your invoice is due two weeks before the party.
